Events Package Registration

Registration for 2019 is open!

Registering for the Events Package is the best deal for those planning to fully participate in the weekend's events.  If full participation is not possible for you this year, you can pay for most events individually at the door — see the Schedule of Events for prices.

The complete Events Package includes:

  • 3 set dance workshops (Saturday am, Saturday pm, Sunday am) taught by Pádraig & Róisín McEneany

  • Breakfast buffet in hotel dining room (Saturday & Sunday mornings)

  • Admission to Saturday afternoon Social Hour/Session

  • 1 Free drink at the Saturday Social Hour/Session

  • Advance electronic copy of notes for workshop dances

  • Advance electronic lists of Ceili dances

  • Gift item

    Important! Accommodations are NOT included in the Events Package, but a block of rooms at the Atlantic Sands has been reserved for our event. Visit our Accommodations page for details and room registration deadlines.

Registration between May 20 - September 20:

  • GWCC Members: $199

  • non-GWCC Members: $215

    Registration & payment after September 20 (includes $20 late fee):

  • GWCC Members: $219

  • non-GWCC Members: $235

Important! There is a $5/person discount for mail-in registrations and payments made by check/cash. This discount is available to both members and non-members, including those registrations received after September 20.

There are two options for Events Package registration:

You can register online, using Paypal; or by sending a print copy of the registration form by mail. Of course, if you prefer, admission to individual events will be available for purchase at the door, EXCEPT breakfasts at the Atlantic Sands, which are only available to those registered for the Events Package.

Online Registration:

Register each participant here with the Paypal shopping cart. Each participant’s registration must be entered individually : Use the drop down arrow to select Registrant Type, enter your name as you want it to appear on your badge, and contact information; then click on the “Pay with Credit Card” button; you will be redirected to Paypal. To register another person, click on the "Continue Shopping" link to return to the Fall Fling Registration page. Be sure to proof-read the details of your registration in Paypal before you confirm your order. Paypal accepts payment via all major credit cards or your personal Paypal account.

Event Cancellation & Refund Policy:

Cancellation requests received Aug. 23 - Sept. 20 will be refunded, and subject to a $75 per registrant service fee. No refunds for cancellations received after Sept. 20.
